Cancellation Policy
Things happen out of our control sometimes; we get it! If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us a call or email us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for surgery and at least 12 hours notice for all other appointments.
No Shows:
When there are no-shows, it prevents us from scheduling other clients who are waiting for appointments. In the event of a no-shows, the following will apply:
A deposit will of $50 will be applied on file for future bookings. This deposit $50 will be a credit which will be applied to your appointment. In the event of a no-show, that $50 will not be refunded.
If there has been more than two no-shows in a calendar year, the client may be expected to prepay for future appointments
Late Appointments:
We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but if you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. If it’s been more than 15 minutes and there are other appointments, we may have to reschedule.
